Choosing a pre-workout

I was wondering about pre-workout there were so many being sold on the market both online and in supplement stores I'm not sure which one to pick. I'm 25 years old and just looking for an edge in the weight room. What kind of things should I be looking for when picking one out

i would pick a pre workout that was very low on stims
