Chocolate

Very much so. It has to be dark chocolate though. Milk chocolate is stripped of the antioxidant quality. Dark chocolate rivals green tea, etc. for antioxidants, a very high level of natural flavanol antioxidants

My mother would agree with this statement. I am unsure what to believe really.

The only thing I know is that chocolate is way to calorie dense to be consuming on most days of the week.

It's been proven that it's got high levels of antioxidants, so that's definitely true. There is something else to it though...it has an effect on seratonin levels...those "feel good" hormones.

I personally HAVE to have my dark chocolate at least once a week (not too much, as it IS calorie dense)...but yes, it definitely does make girls 'literally' feel good :qt:
