Chinese Food

maybe a dumb question but could someone explain to me if chinese food is in fact bad for you? if so that really sucks i love me some general tso's chicken ..

there is a wide variety of chineese feed. i do some serous eating at the buffet and what i eat is 100% quality food. general tso's chicken is usually fatty chicken breaded with white rice flour fried in a bad oil. the sauce is 75% honey and about 15% soy sauce so tons of sugar, sodium, and cholesterol. their sauces are what need to be avoided get the beef or chicken on a stick, steamed veggies and sea food with a little white rice. or head there right from the gym pig out on the general tso's pop a dbol and go home and take a nap lol.

this is pretty a good one. i use the bonless breast personally though.

Chinese food is bad for you if you eat the shit from Panda Express or any other type of fake Chinese food.

If you eat traditional Chinese food then it is very healthy for you. A Chinese meal consists of mostly vegetables, fish and types of bean curds. Skip the white rice and eat brown rice and it'll be healthy.

Yes, I do brown rice in place of white rice and get my shrimp w/ mixed vegtables steamed w/ the sauce on the side.

Can't believe this is actually being asked on this site seriously.... chinese is horrible. Co-workers get this all the time and I pretty much stare and laugh at them when they eat it. Nothing good at all in it.

Think about it, the Chinese don't even eat it. Its AMERICAN chinese food, not actual chinese food. They eat allot of shushi, rice and vegetables. Only if our society was as healthy as them..... makes me sick some people these days. Processed and fast foods has destroyed society!

I only ate this shit when I was young, dumn and full of cum! Well I guess I can say I am still all 3 of those still, I just don't eat chinese/fast food anymore LOL
