They can extradite you from Thailand to the USA , as long as the punishment for the crime you committed is more than 1 year in prison . In Thailand the punishment for any offence is 1 year in prison , unless you offer a bribe.

Dont believe this..If we can just go into a country and do this then something is terribly wrong. Hell, the United Nations wouldnt do this as a whole.Also, if we can do something like that, why wouldnt we just go in and take Saddam back here and take him to court here, rather than let his own people do it.

Too much stuff sounded to fishy, we cant just walk into other coutries and arrest people. And i cant see the us gov. flying all the way there to arrest this man, and having the us deal with all of the politics that it would take to bust this man. Unless this guy supplies all of the us then i can buy into this for one second. i think it was meant to scare people.

Also, this shit in Thailand is legal isn't it? That would be like Egyptian agents flying here and arresting someone for sending creatine to their country. (creatine is illegal in Egypt).

Wake up fellas. The US has DEA offices in countries all over the world. If you don't think they can arrest a drug dealer in their own country you have a short memory. Where does Manuel Noriega live?
