Organ meats are extremely healthy. They are very high in protein and contain much more vitamins and minerals then regular meat. I regularly eat beef liver and chicken liver.
Not only that, they are usually dirt cheap.
Just remember that liver is what filters and cleans your blood so you want to purchase organic chicken livers. You DO NOT want to eat chicken liver from commercially raised chickens from your local grocery store.
