I make like a chicken marinaria just grill the chicken and when its almost done through some already cooked noodles on it with some type of tomato sause mix together.
or cut it up into pieces and make a chicken ceasar sandwich, that always tastes good!!!
i personally have tried a few different ways and i continually go back to good old low cal ital, pour some on in the frying pan and cook for about 5-8 min on each side.... quick easy and i never get sick of the taste...
