Today was my 2nd week on the german workout. Did flat bench again 285lbs 10sets x 10reps. This week was worst than last week. But luv it cause the strength is insane
 
Are you hitting all the reps or do they taper off as the sets progress?

Either way good job. 285 is prolly my max atm lol

I remember you posting some gaudy numbers a while back. I want to believe you, and I'm assuming you are a rather big-time PLer with those sort of numbers. Is the 2628 in your user name your three lift total?

Either way, post more and contribute to aour little community. Everyone here is trying to better themselves, and with numbers like you're putting up people here could benefit from your knowledge and experience.

No the 2628 is not my lift totals. Im 6'1" 300lbs. I dont compete just love the weights and love to lift things that people say cant be lifted

Yes bro. Its the whole workout. I pick one exercise per bodypart and do 10sets x 10reps. This was the 6th time i have done chest this year. Been fighting some severe shoulder injury's. just trying hard to b back over 500lbs again raw.
