225x10 - PR usually i get 7-8

Hammer incline
Workset - 3 plates 8, 1RP, 1 forced rep, 1 negative
usually i do some tris, but my tris hurt alot, and my elbow kills, i hurt it bad doin speed bench
then some traps, and thats it, im goin for 365 soon, within 4 weeks... my one friend is trying to convince me to take D-Bol, he said id gain 25-30 pounds in 8 weeks and put 50-75 pounds on all my lifts, but id lose alot of strenght when i get off, what should i do??? i really dont care about being big (at this point), cuz right now, im goin for mosltly strenght, in about a year or so, i will train differently for size. (maybe like ronnie
