355x1 - PR (extremely hard, but i tried to push as fast as i can)
295 - 3x3 - PR

Incline

Warmup:
135x10

225x10 - PR usually i get 7-8
235x5
245x3
275x1
295x1

Hammer incline

Workset - 3 plates 8, 1RP, 1 forced rep, 1 negative


usually i do some tris, but my tris hurt alot, and my elbow kills, i hurt it bad doin speed bench :(

then some traps, and thats it, im goin for 365 soon, within 4 weeks... my one friend is trying to convince me to take D-Bol, he said id gain 25-30 pounds in 8 weeks and put 50-75 pounds on all my lifts, but id lose alot of strenght when i get off, what should i do??? i really dont care about being big (at this point), cuz right now, im goin for mosltly strenght, in about a year or so, i will train differently for size. (maybe like ronnie :) ) but what should i do???

Take a look at the thread you started concerning your pictures, and pay special attention to what Louden and me recommended WRT you using gear.

We said, wait! When you're near your natural limits and struggle to bench 4XX for a very long time, then it might be time to take it to the next level.

At the very, very least, save up long enough that you can afford a proper cycle. Dianabol alone is potent stuff, but you need clomid for your post-cycle period (so you don't instantly lose everything). You'd probably also want some test to stack with the D-Bol.

I only mention that in the event that you decide to take your friend up on his offer...I say, hang in there and wait awhile. You're gaining fine without juice. Save that stuff for a time when you can't gain no matter what you do.
