The last couple of weeks ive had a cramp in the left side of my chest right were my heart is.. This happend last time during cycle and i freaked out.. I went to E R finally i had a echo done and several other tests.. everything came out perfect my blood pressure got slightly high between 135-145/70-80.. My blood pressure is slightly high again i went and got a cuff soo i can test it every day and keep track.. Its been around the same.. When i really get bad anxiety and stressed it shoots as high as 160-170 only when very stressed like a panic attack.. Not sure what could be giving me pain like this.. I bought some co q 10, fish oil, and im gonna get hawthorne berry.. any other suggestions...

current cycle 1-12 test E
1-4 dbol 25mg ed
8-12 var 50mg ed

im in week 2

my bp is normally 135/75 while on, i don't think is cause for concern

where exactly in the cramp? under your left pec? i've gotten those since i was little

you can't take a deep breathe for a minute or until it goes away right? i have no idea what that is but i get them too

ya bro its right under my left peck.. it comes and goes.. usually stays around for a couple of weeks.. last time i had it checked out the doc said i problalby hurt a muscle there.. he doesn;t know im juiced up though..

i get those too ... ive been getting those since i as a child .. dont think its anything serious tough ... i just take deep breaths and relax and it goes away

i have to my insurance is terrible ill end up paying a fortune.. its only happend twice first time it lasted about 2 weeks

If you feel it would be cheaper , call a doctor on your network and ask him / her what other insurance he /she takes. The see if you can get supplemental insurance

Due to the happenings recently , it's probably best that you check yourself out fully for any heart problems. A few dolloars isn't worth your life

This is not medical advice, just an idea....

Costochondritis:

Costochondritis is a condition that causes chest pain due to inflammation of the cartilage and bones in the chest wall. Also called Tietze's Syndrome, costochondritis occurs when there is inflammation at the junction of the rib bone and breastbone (sternum). At this junction, there is cartilage joining these bones. This cartilage can become irritated and inflamed. Depending on the extent of the inflammation, costochondritis can be quite painful.
What causes costochondritis?
It is often difficult to indentify a single cause of costochondritis. This condition is thought to be bost commonly due to repetitive microtrauma, or overuse. This means that activities are causing repeated damage to the cartilage of the chest wall leading to inflammation. The most frequently affected age group is young adults between 20 and 40 years old. Costochondritis can also been found as an overuse injury in athletes, in particular this condition has been identified in competitive rowers.

Very good that you sought medical attention and had a 2D echo and labs to r/o more serious problems.

it could be panic/stress reaction, it could be cvd, you may have an arrythmia, you could have mitral valve prolapse, who the f&%k on this board is going to have ANY idea

go see a doctor. i had a good friend of mine, never touched AAS/rec drugs in his life, dropped dead at 22 in the middle of his sleep w/similar problem.

i do understand about the insurance though, get a EKG and an echo done, bro you need good health insurance, especially if you use AAS. and get it BEFORE you have complications as there is no safety net in the US.

Go see a cardiologist, it's different than being treated for chest pains at the ER.

This has been happening to me since I can remember. Since I was much younger. Like 16yrs old. Feels like one of the ventricles of my heart is cramping up lol. I know of females who have this as well, so I dont think its just us muscle-faces'.

Damn I hope its nothing.

does it go away for awhile then come back

Yea, it'll hurt for 10 seconds or so and then go away. And the it will resurface, sometimes hours, sometimes days and even weeks later. Its really random.

Just thought I'd chime in too. I have had the same problems. Like a 2-10 seconds cramping around the heart. usually i stop what i'm doing and monitor the pain. it comes and goes. sometimes dont have for weeks, sometimes a few times in a day. might be linked with caffeine - i'm sure it doesnt help anyways. Seemed to happen more often on Tren.
I have had an EKG too, and will soon get a ultrasonagram of my heart. doc says im fine. i am with you guys thinking that this isnt normal. i'm 36.
