work sets - 295 3x3

incline - warm up 135x10, 185x8, 225x6

285x1

work sets - 245 2x3

Hammer Incline (never done before) warmup - 2 plates x15

work sets - 2 plates and a quater x 10, 3 plates x7, two RP, 1 negative...

triceps

5 sets of skullcrushers, 15, 10, 8, 6, 6

i threw in shrugs - barbell 4x15, DB 1x20 i held the last 5 reps for 5-8 seconds, now im sore as fuck.. ALL OVER

i only posted this cuz B-fold likes to read it:)
