Checking cutting diet

What's up everybody I'm 21 years old college student 5'10 180lbs around 18% bf :( lol I did a dirty bulk and ate everything I saw now its time to shed some weight for the summer! I have been "cutting" for almost a month and dropped around 5 pounds my calorie intact is 2000 150g of protein and 200ish carbs a day usually in the morning and then post workout. Hear is the catch tho I pulled my groin about 2 months ago and i am in quite some pain daily, I can't run, walk long term, and train legs (I'm that guy at the gym right now lol) I'm looking for some suggestions from you all to help me out. Basically the only thing I can think of really is maybe a h.i.t program? I have been looking into IF dieting and I am interested, I some what do that already as I stay up late doing homework and wake up and not usually hungry then go work out and after an hr I'm finally hungry lol thanks guys in advance!
 
How would you be able to do HIIT training if your groin is screwed up?

also can you put your diet indepth on here? it'll be easier to tell what you can do...

cutting does consist of diet,cardio and exercise...
 
I can work out its getting better my day usually consists of

Morning: 4 egg whites banana and a protein shake

Meal 2 8oz chicken with vegetables

Meal 3 same as above

Post work out and meal 4 8oz chicken with brown rice and protein

Meal 5 salmon, tilapia, or chicken again with brown rice or sweet potatoe

Snack on rice cakes low fat or chobani yogurt

I suggest you wait until its fully healed - no point getting it re injured and sitting out again..
Your diet is practically like mean - lots of meat with vegetables..

Since you workout in the morning on an empty stomach - HIIT training would be beneficial for you...
I usually run 3km on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes then hop on to the elliptical where I run 40-55 RPM for a minute
then 75-85 RPM for a minute and doing that for approximately 15-20 minutes as well...

It's dropped major pounds on me.. and my abs are finally back! ..

Throw up some pictures lets see what your like at the moment because 5'10 180lbs 18% seems off ... I'm the same height weight 175lbs with 12-13%bf
