Ok my plans are to try and gain as much lean muscle as possible. I've done 1 cycle before of sust(500mg) and deca(400mg) and lost all of it cause i was lazy and stopped. I'm 22 5'8 160lbs this is how i plan to run my next cycle:
Eq 1-12 (500 mgs) Per wk
Sust 2-12 (500 mgs)Mon, Wed, Fri
Fina 6-12 (37.5 mgs ED if all goes good midway bump to 75.0)ED
L-Dex: Someone help setup a layout on how i should take it. It will be pumpnpose brand.
I will eat, train, and sleep right to get the most of it. I have a few questions... What kind a of liver and kidney protectors should I take with this cycle? Also how much of each? Does this cycle look good to you and what do you think I should expect from this?
