I was thinking the exact same thing, I even use to break dance similar to that myself. I can't figure out how he's doing those pushups! There seems to be no help from anyone else and I can't see any digital modifications! He's even doing them on his fingertips! WTF! HOW!?!

ha ha ok.. i just tried it.. you have to put your hands down my your hips..
and it is hard enough to lay on your stomach and lift your legs off the ground.
lots of back strength. I pushed fucking hard.. i could just barley feel myself start to leave the ground at least to feel some equalibriam.. but is sure sounds like something fun to lean.. might add that to my workout..
might have to start with some light bench touching my belly button.
also laying on my stomach doing leg raises...

just being able to do 1 or 2 would blow peoples minds.. ha ha

Used to breakdance both of those styles, funny to see a bodybuilder poppin n lockin doing the robot, and that other breaker was off the wall, that stuff is extremely difficult to do. Tried for many years.

lol, i was messin around, i couldnt do it, must take alot of practice to be able to balance and know how to tighen your body. wish i could do that shit. the part when hes upside down and swings his legs around in a circle and holds it for a second is rediculous. that guy has got a super strong core
