The man accused of shooting his fiancee to
death, fatally stabbing her 4-year-old son and
attacking two others in their Clinton Township
home Saturday night was facing probation
violation charges and a May 6 court date,
according to records.

But for reasons that remain unclear, he did not
appear, and a new court date was set for May 20.
Todd Michael Pink, 37, was charged this
afternoon in 41B District Court in Clinton
Township with 15 felonies, including first-
degree murder and assault with intent to commit
murder. He is accused of fatally shooting Carrie
Seils, 34, and then stabbing her son Skyler, 4, to
death at 8:30 p.m. in Seils’ house.

He is also accused of stabbing Seils’ 6-year-old
daughter, Heavyn, in the face, head and arms,
and shooting in the face a family friend, James
Pagano, who was living in the home and tried to
stop Pink from entering.

The two victims are hospitalized. Their
conditions were unknown this afternoon.
Police said the couple was at Detroit's
Downtown Hoedown on Saturday when Pink
became belligerent with the crowd and his
fiancee. After a fight at her home, Pink left for a
half-hour and then got a handgun from his
father's house before opening fire, police said.

The suspect was on probation at the time, after
pleading guilty to receiving stolen property,
driving while drunk and fleeing and eluding
police, according to court records.

Pink was charged with kidnapping and assault in
July 2009 after his now ex-girlfriend accused
him of punching her repeatedly in the face and
holding her down for hours on a boat in Harrison
Township, according to court records and a law
enforcement official. Those charges were
dropped, however, when the girlfriend, Kristen
Bell, 32, said she feared retaliation and refused to
cooperate with the police.

"He's a very, very scary person," Bell told the Free
Press. "I feel somewhat responsible because I
didn't go forward with the charges. It was really
only a matter of time before he did this."
According to the Michigan Department of
Corrections, the suspect is on probation through
January 2011. He's on probation for receiving
stolen property, fleeing from police and driving
while intoxicated in connection with a September
2008 Oakland County incident, according to
state records.

He was also charged with fleeing police in a 2006
incident, and insurance fraud and falsely
reporting a felony in 1998.
Friends said Seils juggled classes at Macomb
Community College periodically with her job at a
Lincoln Park strip club. ...

room in her home to Pagano to help make ends
meet.
Neighbor Kelly Spezia said the suspect was
periodically seen outside, washing his black
Jaguar.
“He’d be out there in the winter in his pajama
bottoms and no shirt on,” Spezia said.
Seils’ friend Beth Bunk, 37, of Harrison
Township said Seils’ boyfriend would drive Seils
to work at the Hustler Club in Lincoln Park and
pick her up afterward.
“He was very controlling,” she said. "He wouldn’
t let her talk to certain people. Just like a ‘Fatal
Attraction’ sort of thing.”

Police said Pink has been cooperative and
admitted to being the killer.
"We feel confident in our ability to keep the
defendant off the streets," Macomb County
Prosecutor Eric Smith said.
Police Chief Fred Posavetz said the murders were
"very, very rare" for Clinton Township.
"It was very disturbing and very horrifying,"
Posavetz said.

Domestic assault case in Troy

Pink was prosecuted for domestic assault for a
June 24, 2009, incident at a Troy home only
because the home owner and a neighbor told
police they witnessed him hitting a 31-year-old
New Baltimore woman, according to police
reports.
Both of the men called 911 at 2:45 a.m. to say
Pink was holding the woman by the back of the
head, slamming her into a car parked in a friend's g
arage. Police heard screaming coming from the
garage and found Pink standing over the victim,
who was lying on the garage floor.
He surrendered. She said nothing.
"When the officers told her there were
independent witnesses that saw the assault, she said
they were just arguing..."

Mr. Pink: Look, I ordered coffee. Now we've been here a long fucking time and she's only filled my cup three times. When I order coffee, I want it filled *six* times.
Mr. Blonde: Six times. Well, what if she's too fucking busy?
Mr. Pink: The words "too fucking busy" shouldn't be in a waitress's vocabulary.
Nice Guy Eddie: Excuse me, Mr. Pink, but I think the last fucking thing you need is another cup of coffee.

This guy thinks he's special. After stabbing two little kids, he won't make many friends in prison. Hopefully he'll get beat hard enough to cry for his mama.

jesus why was the dude even out on the streets with his rapsheet? And he didn't appear for his court date? What, is he also now out on the streets as well? God I don't want to bring this into the discussion but fuck me, would someone like this have had as many chances as he's had if he wasn't white?
