Haha I checked this when I was in college. I worked at a liquor store that had a drive through (no joke) and we recognized several of our regulars on the list.

Here is the problem with the sex offender list..

Guy has sex with a 17 year old girl with double D's and lies about her age.. he is on the list.

19 year old guy..17 year old girlfriend.. parents pissed.. he is on the list after doing time.

While the lists are helpful in showing the people in your area.. dont freak out if one if farily close until you find out EXACLTY why he is on the list.


Havnt any of you ever wondered why everytime they try and make someone who is being tried look bad in the press/media.. they always manage to find child porn on their PC?

i know to take that with a grain of salt... there are plenty of instances where the guilty party isn't as guilty as it seems- guy goes out on a date with the known slut, then for whatever reason cries date rape cause she didn't like his attitude when it was over.
17 year old girl starts teasing older man and somehow he gets blamed for it, etc.
i wish i knew the details of each case.

she wanted it... all is good during the sex and right after...she gets pissed at him ans tries to blow the whistle later on...is there a time frame she has to blow it?


but is there time frame she has like 2 days or so before she calls the police for rape?
