thanks guys, been working hard on it. Jeremy, I started at 17 and am 33 now. a long road. I am 225 or so now. just got to come back from this damn pec tear now...cant curl, cant do much.

If its what I think it is...its the equivalent of those pro-hormones for GF1 which is found in all growing pimply stress heads (teenagers). It basically puts your body into a more anabolic state so you can grow quicker.
At least thats the theory. I've tried some of the older ones and they work as well as eating tomatoes to sure heart desise (mildly if your lucky, but its not proven!)!!! 1AD yes! 4AD yes! GF1 NO!
Unless its the actual chemical Im skeptical until I know someone who proves me wrong, or I've proven it for myself.

Yep, I did Priest for Musclemag quite some time ago. BEST part of that was I mailed Lee one too and one day I was watching his training video where he goes in his home to show off his superman collection and my art was framed on his wall. Way cool for my creative ego! haha I just did one of Jay Cutler for Planet Muscle as well
mine are just stick figures with a little padding...haha
