if you are trying to lose weight why are you having a cheat day in the first place?
it is only delaying your ultimate goal. cheat days were invented by some skinny fucking IIFYM guy who was 5% body fat skin and bones. in his case yes he needs a cheat day, but someone who is fat like 50% of americans should not be having cheat days
