cheat meal help....

okay guys, i know the answer already is "dont let yourself cheat", BUT, i work in a restraunt and its soooo damn hard sometimes!! once maybe twice a week i splurge on some crappy food. here is my question though, once i have splurged, do i continue the rest of my day eating as i normally would, or should i drop a thing or two since i ate all the calories from the cheat? for instance, last night i had this chocolate brownie with ice cream. tons of carbs. should i have still eaten my salad and veggies that night since i already had so many calories. thanks for the help.
 
You never take out food that is in place to help shape you and make you grow, while you sub in shit food.

Bro...you need major help in this whole BB dieting game bro. Are you serious on what you said and asked?
 
it takes a lot of discipline, keep trying, it was hard for me for a while....

you may not like it, but youll learn to love it!
 
Look, do what I do. Follow a very strict diet Monday - Friday. eat the right foods at the right times and take in up to 2 gallons of water per day. Believe me, when you start to see results...you'll love the diet and respect this game even more. But as for weekends. FUCK THAT! I eat what i want, when i want...but in moderation of course. But I still drink water. Not as much though. Maybe like a gallon the most per day.
 
If you think the problem w/ a big brownie and icecream is all the carbs you need to really educate yourself about diet. The problem is the sugars. You probably consumed a few hundred grams in that one desert. I think sugary desserts are the biggest f-up you can do regarding diet and BB. I know it's tough but you just have to force yourself to abstain and it will get easier over time.
