I log my macros mon - fri. During the week ends, I don't let loose, but I don't count macros allowing for more flexability and diversity in my meals (I guess you can kind of count that as cheating). This lets me eat foods where counting macros would be a head ache (2/3's a tomato, 1 slice avocado, etc...). Aside from that, I allow myself 1 - 2 "cheat" meals per week, if I need them. Usaully cheat when I visit my mom, her food's the bomb (but loaded with carbs and sodium) and she gets hurt when I wont eat her food and if I'm out with the guys and they stop to hotwings and a beer or two. After all, I don't want to appear antisocial, you shouldn't either.
