RoySimpson EF MOD Moderator Aug 27, 2018 #4 I think he means in his lifting routine, he is beginning to level out. You should look to incorporate different movements to challenge you again.

MasonicBodybuilder Moderator Chairman Member Aug 28, 2018 #5 Change up the style of training you do, rep range, time of day you train, etc. Just something different will refresh you. You can also look at changing parts of your diet. Especially those close to when you train.
