Changed my plan. Need advice

anyone want to comment on my meals for bulking from yesterday and today. Heres what I ate today below. Some of the stuff was not so good. I was in a serious rush so I had to eat some crap, and also I went out with some chick so I had to eat normal food to not seem odd at lunch time. Also I took 2 shots vodka which is unusal for me.

11:30 AM
1 cup of kashi go lean crunch
1 blueberry nutragrain bar - (CRAP)
1 cup and a half of skim milk
1 cup of coffee
1 packet of splenda
8 ounces of water


1:45 AM
Tuscan Grilled Chicken sandwhich - (CRAP)
1 white roll
1 piece of provolone cheese
a few black olives
1/4 a red pepper
small bag of pretzels
24 ounce of water


3:30 pm
protein shake (42g)
16 ounces water

5:30 pm
35g protein shake
1 piece wheat bread
2 tbsp N PB
8 ounces tropicana OJ
8 ounces skim milk
16 ounces of water


7:00 pm
10 baby carrots raw
32 ounces of water


8:00 pm
12 ounces of lean steak grilled
1/4 of onion steamed
1/2 cup fresh sugar peas steamed
1/2 tbsp BBQ sauce
32 ounces of water


11:15 pm
Protein shake (35g)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 medium strawberries
1 packet of spenda
cinamon spice
16 ounces of water

11:30pm
2 ounces of vodka straight
 
Can someone please help me out. I really want to know if what I am eating is ok for super clean bulking.
 
what I've noticed here is that if your thread is long people are too lazy to read it most of the time...

find a way to get to the point in one sentence or 2
