change routine.....

I'm cutting right now and I was thinking to change my routine to get some extra boost.Lot of people now doing the 5x5 but I never tried it before I use the 3-4 sets of 6-12 rep range....
My stats are 5"8 180 9-10% BF.....I wanna get down to 7%BF
Would u reccomend the 5x5 or I should just stick with my routine??
 
when the question is should I change what I am doing or stick with the sam stuf I have been doing, the answer is always change...
 
I know, the answer is still the same....you will see better results if you change what you are doing...guraunteed
 
My opinion, based on personal experience, is that you may or may not need to change, but that's independent of the fact that you're cutting. When I cut I never change my training, only my diet. So you may benefit from switching splits, just because you're switching splits. Let your diet dictate the rest.
