I'm cutting right now and I was thinking to change my routine to get some extra boost.Lot of people now doing the 5x5 but I never tried it before I use the 3-4 sets of 6-12 rep range....
My stats are 5"8 180 9-10% BF.....I wanna get down to 7%BF
Would u reccomend the 5x5 or I should just stick with my routine??
