When your training becomes stagnant or you feel like you are stuck in a plateau, do not be afraid to challenge yourself!!!
Try a new exercise. Challenge yourself with movements that you have not had previous success with or an exercise you had never used before!
Remember what your body felt like after that first workout? Sore as hell right? That is how you will fell again once you decide to challenge yourself with new obstacles.
Take the next step to challenge yourself. Your body may hate you in the beginning but the results will speak for themselves.
