I guess it's just a matter of what's important to you. I have a cell phone, and am on call 24 hours a day. I depend on it to put a roof over my head, and food in my mouth., BUT I will never take it to the gym. That's where I go to get away from all that crap. Body building is about being of sound mind and body. Personally, to maximize the effort I put into my body, I need to be in "the zone. " I'm sure most of you will agree. If you can't just say "fuck it," and turn that thing off for 1 1/2 hours a day, I guess it's just not something you're willing to sacrifice.
