New Journal.

I made pretty good progress BUT now i need to clean up the cheats etc. I've been having more than 1 cheat meal per week grrrr. Mostly the weekends, tryin to clean it up a little.

CARDIO: OFF
WEIGHTS: ARMS OR LEGS. I DONT KNOW YET.
Monday:
m1 = 1.5 cups milk + PP + cr + gl
 
You can do it Cindylou!!! I think all of us revised our diets and/or fell down and dusted ourselves off and started the next day with a new attitude.

IMO, I think it's important to NOT lose sight of your old journal...you will want to look back and compare.

Im going to print out my old one, thanks for the advice!!!

The old one I was not sure where i was heading when i started, and now im sure.

yesterday:

m4 = sweet potato + chicken + broccoli

m5 = almonds

TODAY: 5/3/5
CARDO: 15 min warmup 6-7 mph
6 cycles HIIT, 9mph, or 4 mph at an incline
3 min cooldown

m1 = 1.5 cups milk + 1 sc PP + cr + gl
 
btw. tried cardio breeze today.

that stuff is better than ephedrine!!! im a real time runner now. lol. normally my warmup is 5-6 mph well today it was 6-7 mostly 7 !!!!!!! cool.

I also tried my yes. No tingling. normal???? i used ydf last year , or maybe it was the year before....and it tingled, but none today??? how important is the exfoliating before you put it on?

I put it on at 5:15 in the morning, and the last thing im thinking about is a shower. I'm not even really thinking at that time in the morning. im a zombie.

Hey girl...

IMO, YES is user dependant...I usually shower, shave/exfoliate before every use for max absorption & benefits...very time consuming, I know, plus I'm a freak :)

As long as the area is CLEAN, you should be fine...

I also do not get really 'tingly' but I would bathe in YES if I could :verygood:
 
mkay. well. i want the max out of it, BUT it is early in the morn, i dont know if i can get up any earlier. i already get up at 5 just so i can get my cardio in and scrape into work by 8!!!!! im normally already running 5 min late everyday! lol.

Welcome... and Girl...I'm usually up 4:30 prepping for the day, so I feel ya ...sleep is key...make sure you get enough of it, I try to remind myself everyday... :rose:

I Cant go to the gym today. I dont know how i'll get there since my car broke down today........just now. My warranty expired in March so of course it breaks down. *sigh* why would it run???
 
hmmm. seems i ran out of gas yesterday. my car is fine. What a day.
i had to go 6 hours between meals though yesterday, but what do you do when you are on da side of tha road?

last meal was: couple of triscuits + 1 low carb tortilla + chicken breast + broc + sweet potato

anyway. that was yesterday. hopefully today will be better! I did not make it to the gym yesterday, and w/ mother's day this weekend, i will be out of town, so I doubt i will be able to make up the lost day. oh well. I just gotta either double up on two bparts one day, or just decide what i want to skip.

today:
530 cardio breeze + yes + 2 cups coffee w/ splenda
600 cardio
15 min warmup + 5 cycles HIIT + 10 min run + 1 min cooldown - variety
700
m1 = 1.5 cups milk + 1 scoop PP + cr + gl
 
m2 = mixed nuts, mostly almonds. ima gonna overestimate cals here just to be safe 320 cals

550 so far.

hmmm. i totaled up my planned meals for the day, and when i eat too many nuts my cals are WAY too high, around 15-1600. i wish i could replace that meal w/ something else. rrrg. but anything like that, even the ol' natty pb. i just heart my nuts. sigh. i guess its better than loving to eat brownies or twinkies! :)

OH. ha ha Wheat thins today. Yeah if they were triscuit's that would be too many. I had around 10 wthins.

dh eats the wthins, but I normally eat triscuits BUT today thats all i have.

Yes the one serving of the wheat thins I previously ate was like 19 (?) compared to 7 triscuits... the more the merrier :) :chomp:

I don't mean to sound harsh... but I'd re-think the word 'friend' then...

People change, things change... it's hard, I know this... I've dealt with it daily, then weekly, then every weekend, now maybe once a month that I go out…if that

I opt to not put myself in situations where I'll be tempted or pressured…but I’m different and so is my lifestyle…

You can go out and NOT drink…or get wasted, you can do things to have fun not involving drinking...maybe you need some new friends that share your interests... "Make new friends...but keep the old..." (if they were in fact friends and not just drinking buddies who are only fun when they're drinking.... knowwhatimean...)

Bunny said it so well....I know you're feelings are hurt & it's OK for you to feel that way &/or angry about it......but your health is more imprortant. And if they were true friends to you -- they'd support you 100% in your quest for better health.

I love drinking too & my hubby is a drinker. Plus I have friends who drink also - often. I am now at the point (after months of cravings) that I don't really miss it & don't find it necessary to have fun. However, when those around me are toasted -- I find them annoying....oh well.

We are here to support you!!
 
I do have a couple that are not just drinking buddies. I have a couple girlfriends i see at the gym too, thank god for them. I know one girl who struggles w/ the drinking too. :)

I'm glad that I have support/motivation here though! The journal helps keep me honest about every single bite. im not as likley to cheat because i know i have to put it down here, and i will look weak!!!! :)
