Make sure this isn't for the cost to perform each test - this is pretty blatant if not. I can't imagine someone would pull this one. Most insurance co's don't even cover HGH so it's not like it would slip by.

Tell him you're going to put him on the scammer lists if you dont get your shit! That's pretty crazy & that doesn't sound like specific tests, it sounds like he's charging you for the drugs. I would call the doctors office & ask them which pharmacy they sent the scrip to, that you have not received it. Maybe you can fuck them over & score some cheap gear!

you can't test for HGH, therefore that couldnt have been the cost for a test.

Prolactin is a separate test . The Dr. should have sent in a blood work for prolactin only. I'm going in this week for an Endocrinogist, having a test for Alt/heme,Ast,Enz,,Ck/cpk,creatine,electrolites,Lipid profile,Nhp-hemeprofile,prolactin,Urea Nitrogen. Prolactin is seperate. Shoot the Basturd !
