Cardio

I workout four times a week, with some minimal cardio at the end of my workout. minimal meaning about 10-15 minutes of walking or jogging on a treadmill. I was wondering if I run on my off days will I hurt or restrict my gains from lifting? My main goal is to lose some belly fat.

Damnit. I knew it but I didn't want to hear it. as far as the running, it would be a slow run, but at a long distance. I guess I could just do that after my workouts, and leave my off days as off days. thanks.

either way you will be comprimising your strength and mass developements. (espc after training.....the first few hours of recovery will be destroyed because you are not relaxing)

The method that makes to most sence to me is running in the early morning....and training 6-9 hours later.

that way you still get days off...and get a bit of rest between training sessions.

maybe changing your diet will be best

changing my diet would be the best thing, since I work 10 hour days and I get up at 3 to be at work by 430am the cardio in the early morning wouldn't be an easy thing to do. shiet. I will look into my diet and make some changes.
