I cannot just stay home and rest to get better.....even though I have some kind of flu or cold I am going to the gym....which excercise would be better as to not prolong the bug! cardio or lifting weights?????

neither. Just stay home and rest. It'll probably do you a lot of good. Also, staying home will be to other gym members benefit. If you have something contagious, you don't want that thing spreading around.
You are probably right......
my problem is I havnt been to the gym since last thursday because I was on a mini vacation and I took my last shot of my cycle last week as well.....I know that this week is crucial for maintaining size and what not!!
