Cardio on cycle

I want to consentrate on cutting next cycle, so will be doing cardio for the first time while on... Is it safe to do cardio while on cycle or do you run some kind of risk of enlarging your heart? Do you do cardio while on?

you can do cardio "on".
1st thing in mornings on empty stomach,,,non weight training days,
 
I do weights in the AM when my energy level is highest 5 days a week and then cardio after work and on weekends 7 days a week for 20 min.

Works for me - I've had great results.

Theoretically speaking, the heart is a muscle. So one may think the heart can get bigger right along with your arms and legs.

However, your heart is made up of completely different muscle tissue (cardiac), unable to 'grow', like your chest (skeletal) will.

I do high intensity "cardio" while on and off and my heart hasn't exploded yet.

...so knock yourself out... whatever you heard about enlarging your heart is nonsense.

I've heard it too. I've even seen posts on these boards discussing it. I think it is one of those areas that they really don't have hard data on one way or the other. So, it can be proven true but it also hasn't been proven false.
 
yeah, take advantage of the extra enegy from the gear and run like a champ. I enjoy cardio much more while on.

Didnt hear it anywhere.. just figured the Heart was a muscle and if you worked it while on it may in large. Also that is one of the so called effects of steroids an enlarged heart...or at least the media would have you belive this

i so wish i could do it in the morning--i am not kidding i really tried---i am better late at night.
