hey guys, im trying to put on some decent muscle and have been bulking hard for the last 2 months. Along witht he muscle, i have been putting on a CONSIDERABLE amount of fat. My diet is good, i watch my cards and fats, and everything i eat is high protein, but im just eating SO MUCH food that its turning into fat. My question is this: would i be able to do 4 or 5 solid (45 min or more) AM cardio sessions, keep down the fat gain, but still be able to put on the muscle i want. Im a newbie to this... so the question might seem kinda simple. Thanks a lot.
