You can squat while I splash around and we will BOTH be bitchin! :)
 
I do them as my first leg exercise. It really warms up the legs. I don't go that heavy, but I focus on really squeezing them and getting lots of blood through them. My rep range for these is 15. Then onto heavy leg presses or lunges :)
