Cardio HR while in keto

I've read that during morning cardio, it's better to do a lower intensity. Apparently during high intensity cardio, more protein/muscle is used for energy since it can be converted into energy faster than fat can. Is this true? and if so what is the optimum range that you should be doing cardio for maximum fat loss?

it ketosis, fat is burned to feed the muscles, so high intensity would burn more fat over a longer period of time

I used to do between 60 and 70% of MHR. It was very difficult to do the 60`s because it was such a slow pedal on the bike.
