cardio fears

Does anyone have experience on the best way to put on a little muscle ( or keep what you have?)
I have been dong cardio every day, and I'm actually afraid of not doing cardio now... I have worked really hard to get down to a low bf% but Im noticing my muscle start to get flat and a bit smaller.
I want to keep my muscles, and may need to add a little bit more, but I'm confused on the best approach...
Thank you for the expert advice...

The thing is that you have to understand that your body is going to respond to whatever stress you put on it (activity demands) and how you fuel. You can't expect to "force" it to do something and it will stay in a static state. Basically if you are doing more cardio than you are eating to support, then you are probably going to lose some muscle. Do you have to do cardio every day? How much are you eating? What is "low bf" right now? If its at a point that your body can't comfortably support & maintain then you may have to readjust your goals and focus on keeping muscle or whatever.

I'd start by looking at your diet & cardio - cut back on the cardio and if you have to adjust your food intake to maintain but not lose then do that.
