For you lifters how often per week do you guys do your cardio and what method of training do you do? I have knee issues so running would be hard especially at 245lbs but I am leaning towards swimming and bike. What do you guys do?
Go for a walk in the morning before food. 1 cup of coffee and off I go. About 7 am. Faster walking. I try to go min of 3 times a week. On a good weather week 5 times
