If youre cutting and want to implement some anaerobic routines to stimulate muscle growth/spare it, then do cardio always after the workout, after you do cardio your body is in a really catabolic state, it's best to not even mix the two in one day, but some people are very fixated on their cardio and won't go a day without it (like me). Also spread them out if possible, do the workout in the morning then cardio late afternoon. Some anaerobic workouts burn as much calories as a cardio workout so I don't really see it as neccesary in the same day, other than keeping the cardiovascular system in good shape.
