intense cardio done by itself at night time before I go to work, I lift during the day then eat then sleep for a few hours. if I was on a normal schedule I would probably do cardio in the morining and then take a nap before I lifted at night.
would it be really bad to do cardio after a workout? that would make the gains minimal right? cos ur not getting in protein straight away. just clearing this up,
I do Cardio in the morning before I eat at like 400 AM. Than later on I'll do 10 min on a stationary bike before I lift.And if I'm to wake up late and not get to do Cardio in the morning.I'll do it at the gym after I lift.I get bored on one thing so what I usually do is.15 min on stationary bike.Hope of that hit the stairs for 10 min. Than go to that like ski climber thing for 10 min.Than the treadmill for 15 min.
