Carbs - when and how much to eat?

I've just started lifting again after nearly 9 months and am steadily bulking with 3 training sessions a week based on simple compound exercises. I know i need plenty of carbs, but I'm not sure when and how much roughly I need.

I've already started back on the 6 meals a day deal, but eating when you're not hungry can be confusing. I can always make myself eat because i love food, but i never know what quantities of carbs to eat. I normally lift after lunch (3rd meal) or after dinner (5th Meal).

This is something I never got down when I was lifting the first time around, so any suggestions would be welcome. I'm 18, 6'2", about 160 lbs with bf of about 12%.

do some searches on bulking diets that are already posted. there is plenty of information in these threads to help you out. once you do the research, you'll be in a better position to ask more specific questions.

Not exaclty what your asking for but do implement at the very least at these points:

Breakfast (high fiber)

Pre workout (I use frosted mini wheat cereal)

Post workout (simple carbs, example: fruits, milk or sugary cereals like fruity pebbles)

Id say about 75g per each of the above

How does this sound:

Pre-workout: Baked Potato with either can of tuna and side salad.

Post workout: Protein Shake within 30 minutes then grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup of rice and broccoli 1&1/2 - 2 hours afterwards

This is what I've started with, seems to be about right. Any modification suggestions would be welcome. I'm bulking and doing basic compound stuff on a 3day split.
