For bulking:
protein: 1.5-2g per pound of body weight
carbs: 2g per pound of body weight
Calories: your body weight times 12
For cutting:
Protein:1-1.5g per pound of body weight
carbs: less then 1g per pound of body weight
calories: your weight times 10
these are just ball-park figures. It really depends on that amount of weight you want to loose or gain. It also depends on your diet.
