O.K guys what is the given run for how many of each per pound of body wieght for buking up?
ex 1.5grams of protien per pound

Then what is the given rule for the cutting stage?

Your answers would be greatly appreciated ;)
 
For bulking:
protein: 1.5-2g per pound of body weight
carbs: 2g per pound of body weight
Calories: your body weight times 12
For cutting:
Protein:1-1.5g per pound of body weight
carbs: less then 1g per pound of body weight
calories: your weight times 10

these are just ball-park figures. It really depends on that amount of weight you want to loose or gain. It also depends on your diet.
Mainly just to give you an idea.
