carbs make me feel like shit..why?

whenever i eat bread or pizza or anything with a load of carbs, i feel bloated and sick. this never happened before

about 1-2 months ago i did 4 weeks of keto. could this have had anything to do with it?
 
whenever this happens its usually less than 75g..in milk, bread and vegetables. NEVER had a problem with over 75g before this started happening
 
You have probably increased your insulin sensitivity, this is actually a good thing. Try dropping the simple carbs, if you have to eat pizza, hook up some whole wheat crusted pizza and hit up a lot of green veggies.
All sugars and no complex carbs make jack a dull boy.
 
Rushing carbs into your system when in ketosis is rough. Your insulin levels are spiked and you will generally feel worthless, lethargic, etc. Basically you will want to lay on a couch all day and nap / eat. Its basically a personal preference thing in that you just need to eat smaller amounts of carbs at one time. Everyone seems to have their threshold where that crappy feeling sinks in. Just keep protein high, don't eat so many carbs, and if you begin to feel like shit/bloated have some coffee to get yourself going and head to the gym..... works for me.
