carbs for cutting?

i've been on a cutting diet low carbs high protein mod fat but i read that carb on and off works for cutting. that means eat alot of carbs for one day and the next day 0. good or bad
 
Others could answer better than me, but quick answer is - generally yes. By mixing things up you keep your body guessing: firing it up 1 day, then making it work harder the next. Anything done on a constant basis your metabolism adapts and plateaus . You can also do a high-med- low scheme. Just remember that you're still cutting so avoid the tendancy to binge a bit on your high carb days.
 
unless it is a Cyclic Ketogenic Diet (CKD) you really only need to cycle cals (say, 3 days low cals, 1 day High). Most of us who do this take the chance to increase our carb intake that high day (we chane our ratios for one day) because carbs feel good!!! and also because we need them to work out.

Careful with cutting carbs compoletely out of your diet (0 carbs), there are certain adaptations your body will need to make and unless that is done you will feel like shit on no carbs. Try a low-med approach instead

yea ur right about feelin like shit eatin no carbs, did that today and feel real hungry and lazy.
