unless it is a Cyclic Ketogenic Diet (CKD) you really only need to cycle cals (say, 3 days low cals, 1 day High). Most of us who do this take the chance to increase our carb intake that high day (we chane our ratios for one day) because carbs feel good!!! and also because we need them to work out.
Careful with cutting carbs compoletely out of your diet (0 carbs), there are certain adaptations your body will need to make and unless that is done you will feel like shit on no carbs. Try a low-med approach instead
