Just started carb cycling a couple weeks ago and I'm loving it... I feel like I get to eat so much more than I was and I'm still definitely dropping fat 4 weeks out.
How long can I stay on a carb cycling diet and still get results? I know things usually stop working after a while and I am worried that whatever I do next will feel much more severe!
