Alright brothers, this is going to be a helluva run here. Its been 12 years since I've been on for real and I can't tell you how excited I am about these products from GP and everything else I will be taking. This is like a "Best of" EF cycle post covering the best products of the last two years that I've been on EF. So lets get started...

1-4 GP's D-bol 30mg ed for 33 days (10mg pills, 100count)
1-12 GP's Test E 375mg weekly
1-12 GP's Bold (EQ) 300mg weekly
8-12 Needto's HCGenerate 5 caps ed
12-16 Unleashed 3 caps ed
1-16 Needto's Forma-Stanzol 10 pumps daily

Additional Products:
* Protein Factory's Big Blast via Orbit - Two servings daily
* Gaspari's Anavite - Multi vitamin that also has 1g LCLT, 2 servings daily 1 morning, 1 evening for 2g's LCLT)
* Liv52 - Through the whole cycle just to keep clean and especially during and after the D-bol.
* Genomyx Protocol - Post Workout, containing 1g LCLT bringing my daily total to 3g's LCLT - should be WTFMUSCLEPWNAGE while on cycle.
* Clenviscerate - Weeks 1-8 to help control Dbol water weight and get shredded for the beach which will be week 8-9 on vacation (yeah I know vacation mid cycle, i will still hit it hard though).
* Needto's Muscle Replenisher - Post workout awesomeness, I love this product.
*Needto's GEAR - No brainer, one of the best products out there, especially when on.

Training will be 5 on 2 off. I could write what my routine would be, but I usually go with how I feel that day based on what I worked the day before. Each day varies to some degree but it basically looks like this:

Rear Delts
Side Delts
Lats
Hams
Lower Back

Day 3
Light Day
Quads
Calves
Biceps
Forearms

Day 4
Rest

Day 5
Heavy Big Movements
Chest - Heavy Incline
Back - Deads

Day 6
Rest

Day 7
Heavy Big Movements
Legs - Squats


Cardio
5 days per week 45 min per session
Abs following cardio eod

First pinning in over 10 year completed this morning. Hands were shaking it had been awhile. Made a quick edit to the doses above, I thought the EQ was also 250mg/ml but its 200. So 1.5mL is 300mg per week of EQ.

Im about to start my first ever cycle, Im using GP's T-bol, Nolva, Aromasin, and BioMex Test E. Looks good brotha! I have to man up and get my first inject done today...FML :-) I'll be watching this log, I had decided on 375mg a week as well, crazy stuff.

quick question, i just got off cycle and i wanna run some supps until I get back on. What ones would you reccomend that are the best? I cant afford everything so maybe can u make a list of the best to the worst? My test is also lowww (237 and the range is 300-840)

Anyway nice cycle bro good luck and have fun! Make sure to take lots of pics

Get some HCGenerate and GEAR from Needto and maybe some Gaspari Anavite, its a multi vitamin with LCLT in it. I've been reating great stuff about LCLT.
 
Man this stuff kicks in fast. On day two and I stopped my workout after 50 minutes of Chest and Tri's. I felt like my skin was going to rip the pump was so intense.

Today was more of a light day.

Incline Bench 225 x 4 set 15-20 reps
Flat Bench Flys 50lbs Dumbbells 4 Set 20 reps
Weighted Dips 45 lbs 3 sets of 10 - drop weight belt and bang out 10 reps more with body weight

Close grip bench 185lbs 4 sets 15 down for 3 count up for 3 count
Two handed overhead dumbbell extensions 100 lbs 4 sets 12 reps
Cable Extensions 120 lbs 2 sets 10 reps

Everything hurt the pump was so intense at this point. All my muscle insertions points at my joints were aching in a good way. A pump I haven't felt in a long long time. one of those pumps where you say "Ah yes, the stretch marks will be coming back over the next 13 weeks."

Good shit with these products here. Definitely potent stuff.
