Is there any difference in quality and results for capping your own oral powders versus buying tabs from a well know company like GTP or BD? Is there any difference? thanks!

The powder is the same as the companies use to make their tablets. I can make 100 caps of Anavar or T-bol for the cost of a couple of days worth of the tabs. There really is no comparison. In exchange for an hour of your time capping, you have a cycles worth for next to nothing.

Besides the cost it makes dosing much easier and you know exactly what you are getting. For example: Pharmacy grade Anavar comes in 2.5mg tabs meaning you would have to take 12 just to get a minimal dosage. If you cap them yourself you can dose to 10mg or 20mg and only have to take them 2 x per day. You can also customize your capsules with a filler of your choice (BCAA, creatine, etc.) and even mix powders (Primo + Var, Var + T-Bol, etc)

IMHO a much better way to go.

you do not need fillers - it is just to fill the cap but Some weigh out a filler and then the powder, mix it all then use Cap M Quik. (Say mix 9g of creating or whatever and 1g of AAS = 10 g of mixture divided up by how many tabs you want) But this can lead to a wide variance in the proper dosage if you do not mix it thoroughly though. Winny powder is very fine (like talcum powder) and from my experience doesn’t mix well with creatine or whey.

I got a scale for like $70 and I measure out each dose - very accurate but also very time consuming. It takes about an hour to cut a cycle this way but I know my measurements are very accurate. I also got these very small spoons online. The smallest one I have is exactly 100mg of clomid which is nice – very easy to measure.

I got them at Bed Bath and Beyond for like $3. They are awesome. Also, when you get the hang of it you can cut 30mg disages doing it by eye (just fill the spoon approximately 1/3rd.

The "smidgen" size is 100 mg for most powders (perfect for clomid) - tbol it is roughly 110g etc.

Yes, the filler just fills the space in the capsule, but it also makes it easier to get the dosage accurate.

How can you be certain that the coffe grinder will mix the powders evenly? It seems like dosage per cap could vary by random amounts!!

the geometric dilution method is used by pharmacists using a mortar and pestle although some use coffee grinders (believe it or not) because of the speed in which the spinning blade can mix the powders.

I have not personally tried the coffee grinder as the one we use at home for actual coffee always leaves a mess on the countertop. I wouldn't want expensive powders being spilled out of the grinder. Also, i would think really fine powders would be difficult to get out of the grinder.

Overall - it's an inexact science and most dosages may be off by 10% or so. For most people purposes I hope this is good enough. If not, just but the UG lab stuff for 3x the price

Hey all, kinda new here, but thought I might be able to help out on some topics?

First of all, there is really no difference between the UGL's powders, and the ones that some people can get from their respective sources. They are all pretty much the same shit.

Second, no, fillers are NOT really NEEDED. It just makes the capping much more convienient as far as dosing goes. Also, it keeps you from having to do one cap at a time and buying a really expensive scale Good deal!

Third, I would recomend using a filler that is NOT the same color as the powder (cornmeal, whole wheat flour, etc.) because you will be able to tell when the powder is evenly mixed into the filler. The powder is usually white, and if your filler is say, yellow, you will have a light yellow final mixture and you will be able to see if there are any white clumps or whiter areas that didn't fully get mixed in.


fourth. I would recomend using a cap em quick capsule filler. They are cheap, easy, and make the process much quicker I have personally gotten to where I can do 100 caps in about 10-12 minutes including mixing the ingredients together

First, fill up your machine with empty caps, then fill the empty caps with FILLER ONLY. Next, empty the filler out of the caps and weight the contents.
next, figure what dosage you wnat to use for powder, say, 50mg viagras and you want to make 100 of them. Here is what you do:

Take the filler from the 50 empty capsules and weigh....say it weighs 30grams.

now, you are making 100 caps, so multiply the filler by two. Now you have 60 grams of filler for 100 caps. Next, take your 60 grams of filler and subtract 5 grams for the 5 grams of Viagra you want to put into the caps. This leaves you with 55 grams of filler. Now, add the viagra to the filler making the total weight back at 60 grams. Now, all you do is mix WELL, WELL, and WELL some more (2-4 mins), and fill your caps, and viola! You have 100 50mg viagras to try out on your girl

Hell no, that is not true. They sell them everywhere......GNC, the Vitamin shoppe, etc. \

You can find them online for cheaper though. I found some 'machines' with the tamper for like $12. (pm me and I'll tell you where)

Anyway, I have bought SEVERAL over the years, and never had a problem with it......if you want to be on the safe side, just order some bulk creatine or something with the cap em quick 'plastic contraption'

The 'heat' is coming down on the professional capsule machines that are automated and require registration with the FDA. They are several thousand dollars and you certainly won't mistake them for a $15 Cap-M-Quick machine.
