Since being on winny, my muscles have generally been cramping much more than usual (especially since they hardly ever cramp up anyway). My abs are the worst though. I can't even train them with out my entire abdominal region knotting up in one huge painful charlie-horse! It fucking sucks, and just happened like five minutes ago. There's nothing like being rolled up in a ball on the floor almost in tears trying to straighten out your abs! WTF!?! Has this happened to any of you guys on winny? Any clues on what to do about it?
