Can't sleep...

I been tossing and turning since 11 going to be nice wake up at 5 to go jog out in the dam cold. Anyway something that is keeping me awake thinking about suit colours for this years compatition season.

I am thinking this for the one piece.

I like the one piece in red but not sure what colour to go with on the two piece. My hair right now is red but I think I am going to go back to my natural colour which is brown I think. LOL

What is your 2 cents on the matter.

I like the Burgundy tie-dye Crushed but if I go red in the one piece is that not to much of the same colour family?
 
Or what do you think of two piece Fuchsia with Glitter. One piece Burgundy tie-dye Crushed. Your right first 2 piece is nicer I really like the halter neckline on it.
 
WAZAAAHH. Yeah I cant sleep either I napped during the Seahawks game and now I'm screwed. As for the suits I can barely dress myself so I will reserve comment. I will say though whatever suit you pick make sure YOU absolutely love it. It will give you confidence and that will show.
 
well technically it is...but the burgandy crush is contrast enough. didnt care for the tie-dye, but thats my opinion, thats close to the red...
 
I can't sleep either. Damn days and nights mixed up!


btw...qt I like the suits. The only thing is if you keep the red hair I definitely would not go with the red or the green suit colors...

my 2 cents....I would go with a blue shade...maybe royal blue...
now if you change your hair color back to dark brown...the red or green would be fine! thats just my opinion...you have to wear it! ;)

feisty, i agree. her hair color is very vibrant....i liked the dark blue. black would be sick if she went brunette... :p

What about Burgundy Luxury (smooth) 1 piece and Fuchsia with Glitter 2 piece?

I would stay away from anything in the red family if you don't change your hair color! my opinion only...

Those colors would be fine with darker hair...blonde highlights would look awesome!!

Yeah blue is good with my eyes hmm don't you think black is kinda blah though for a suit colour?

yep unless it has a lot of sequence on it and you have long bleach blonde hair then black would be awesome!!!

Pretty sure I am going to go back to brunette sick of colouring it right now I will probably put in some highlights closer to the show.
 
Does having exactly the same color throughout work better ("Hey, it's her again!") or is it good to hit 'em with a little variety? Never really thought about that... that's an interesting challenge for the competition-minded to answer.

Or to put it another way, do you want them to look at the suit or at YOU? :evil:

This would make a good karma-reward thread.
 
If your hair stays red, dont go with the green or you'll look like a Christmas Tree. It'll turn off the non-christian judges.

but are the judges even close enuf to see the color of your eyes? its not about looking good in the mirror, its what will look best to the judges.
 
What color are the suits you have again??

As others said: 1) you want them to look at YOU and not the suit and 2) they won't be able to see your eye color anyway.

I *personally* don't care for velvett - just don't care for how it looks on.....and with your coloring - I really like the green color.....not sure how red would look - but with your darker hair - it might look really good on you.....someone like me (very light blonde) - the blue/black suits look better since I'm so fair.....

IMO you can't go wrong with a nice black suit. Conservative and does not draw unecessary attention to itself.

The suit is the canvas/backround for the art, which is your body.

BTW, how was your run?

I am not starting the T3 tell after I get my blood work done in Febuary. I did start my var this morning though. :elephant: Can't wait for my strength to come back.

My last colour suits were teal and green and the judges HATED them. When I am brunette I can where almost any colour. I know the judges want to look at me but hello suits are VERY important I learned that last time. I had none velvett suits last time and like I said they hated them. So this time going with a more traditional conservative style suits.

Longhorn the jog sucked I hate running in the morning my knees hate me for it even more. I do it cause I have to dam cardio twice a day sucks ass.

Keep telling yea grab your suit and come vist me! It might not get you more sleep but you wont be worrying about sleep either :p
 
Hey, Girl! I'm a little late in the conversation, but I like the green (can't stand red to be honest, but that's just me). I really like the mint green, but it might be a little to attention grabbing. Everybody wears blue, what's up with that?

The raspberry and turquoise are also both nice.
 
I think either way you color your hair burgundy tie dye and royal blue would look great with your skin tone and hair. Did you ever get to sleep or just end up going for your jog? Hope you sleep better tonight. :coffee: :o

Hmm good point with those colours I could go either way in terms of my hair colour. I went back to sleep for like an hour. I went for a jog. I always sleep shity on sunday nights since I was a kid, I hate Mondays.

Also going to bump this for Diggers question no one really answered it but I think he brings up an interesting point would it be wrong to go with both suits in the same colour?

I might be late to weigh in but:

1. I really like your natural hair color, VERY pretty. About the only thing you might want to do is have some low/high lights added to increase the depth of color and make it MORE of it's color for the stage, you know???

2. Suit color, IMO, depends on a) what color your hair is going to be and b) how you yourself take color, do you end up with a slightly ruddier/red undertone, or a slightly yellowish/orange undertone?

3. Re-reading your posts, teal and green are in the same family color, which means you might want to stay AWAY from those colors in the future. Maybe think shades of the red family, but not bright red ... burgundy, plum, purple colors with dark hair is very striking (I didn't look at the color swatches ...)
 
Oh man, I can never sleep when I start the diet.

I am quite opposed to T3, this week I am in endocrinology and see how many people's thyroid glands messes up anyway!! REally not good, so many other great pharmaceutical and herbal fat burners, so......

I like green/turquoise.

I am going to start going for loads of white/baby pink bikinis for evening, diamante bling, have to get a one piece as well I think. Checking with the different federations, get stuff as I need it! I always do dark bikini in morning as the dream tan is bloody everywhere!!
