Right im in a bad situation at the moment, brought on by bad mistakes and not learning about things first. I used to be 2383bs 4 years ago. i lost weight too quickly and ended up at 168lbs, i ended up with stretch marks on my stomach and still having fat on my chest, ass and stomach. thats the first mistake, so then instead of following a proper lifting program i ended up doing 100 pressups everyday and giving myself a bad case of tennis elbow in both arms. which ive had for 18months now. Its my own fault i just wish i knew what i know now back then, or asked for help back then instead of bein a tool.
Only thing im doin right at the moment is my diet, its been spot on for a year now but not much has changed. Thanks in advance for the advice.
