Can you tell gyno from sust

On my last cycle of 500mg/sust(karachi) for 10 weeks and 35mg d-bol for 5 weeks i got a little lump under my left nipple, i stopped from growing with nolva. Still has a little bit left

Can you tell what kind of the 4 easters in the sust that gave my gyno, would like to know before planning my next cycle with Testoviron - D-bol and maybe a small amount of deca for my joinst sake.

I`m sure that it was the sust that did it, i noticed the lump in the end of the cycle.

The esters didn't give you gyno. The aromatization of testosterone did.
