They don't mix at all to form a homogenous mixture which makes it easier to accidentally inject air into your body, and thus pathogens.

Ok so i get what you are saying but i have also read that its ok to leave a little air bubble in your needle to make sure you get all of the oil/water that is in the barrel into your system and you will be ok, now is this bad to do this or is it ok because i started doing it (leaving an air bubble) and getting all of the oil in the barrel out for the most part and i hav been fine but if this is an unsafe act then i will not do this anymore let me know thanks in advance.

In all likelihood, you will always be fine doing as you stated above, just like you would in all likelihood be fine if you injected oil and water together.

The rub is when you examine the risk/reward ratio. If you did get a mean aggressive bacterial infection from improper injection techniques the risk would far outweigh the reward. Shouldnt hurt though should it? just a sharp scratch at the most? the only reason mine hurt was because i was scared of it and i tensed up, found it hurt less if i relaxed, and massaged the area before and after and moved my arm about for 5 minsss.
