Needtogetaas and I were making the same point. You can cook with it. When cooking I only use it for salad dressing. For actual cooking it is cheaper and easier to use other natural oils. Grapeseed oil can be used for any frying including deep frying since it has a very high burnpoint (and a very clean taste which is good for delicate meats and eggs). Walnut and hazelnut oils add a great nutty taste to fish but have a lower burn point. I use these oils to rub on fish when I am baking. Point is, there are a lot of natral oils which are healthy sources of fats and add great flavor to food. If you want the pure health benefits don't cook the oil (same with eggs). If you like the flavor of the oil then use it but be aware of the burn point.
Great info on cooking with natural oils, Kroger has a great selection of natural oils that are cheaper than Wholefoods.
