A serm only PCT is terrible. It doesn't matter which you choose, it won't be enough for recovery

A complete PCT that covers you best for recovery, libido, estrogen rebound, and maximum gain retention should look like this:

Nolvadex is not PCT. It prevents gyno. But so do other, better drugs.

It's hard to say without knowing your cycle, but here is a good simple 5 week PCT for you:

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20/10
Aromasin week 1-2: 12.5mgs EOD, week 3-4: 7.5mgs EOD
Ostarine (MK-2866) - 25/25/25/25
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM

Why would you need to run Aromasin when you already have an Anti estrogen in Nolva? Seems like over kill to run so many estrogen blockers. I mean we can go back and forth debate for days how many different PCT's you can do that are effective. Run certain drugs as well as not run others. I think IN MY PERSONAL OPINION it depends fully on your cycle.

Nolva is not an anti estrogen, and does not lower estrogen levels. It simply blocks estrogen from binding to breast tissue. An AI like aromasin is needed to actually bring down the estrogen levels as well as increase IGF and lower SHBG. That's why it is so good for PCT. If you don't run an AI in PCT, you will have a good chance of estrogen related sides like gyno as soon as you stop Nolva from rebound

I only use nolva for gyno flares. AG-guys has some very potent nolva. I would use clomid for PCT as your serm.
